We are now providing
Existing Condition Assessment Inspections (which is very similar to a
"home inspection"). We will go through your facility in intricate
detail and provide you with a report of the complete condition of your
facility and develop a priority listing of maintenance needs and
approximate costs.
We provide this
service at a flat fee of $ 350.00 plus $ 1.50 per mile (which
adjusts our fee for the time of traveling and expenses)
In addition to our report
and analysis, we can take it one step further (for an additional
consulting fee) and identify the deficienies which are your
responsibility but also the USPS responsibilites and then negotiate
with the USPS on your behalf to get the items brought up to standards!!

several formats including a flat monthly fee, on a “per call” basis or

"cost plus" basis depending on your needs. We
can review your lease agreement and perform inspections
to identify
potential upcoming issues whether your responsibility or not.

in negotiating your upcoming lease renewal or help find financing to

real estate brokerage services).
