This is in Microsoft Excel 97 tm format and includes the break even lease, proforma cost, cash flow, internal rate of return & estimated annual mainetnance reserve allocation analyses.  This provides the files on 3 1/2" disk ready for your use.  This is very user friendly and only allows you to input data in the appropriate cells.  This does not include any consulting (which can be provided in accordance with terms and conditions stated below).  You must have a licensed copy of Excel 97 (or later) or another spreadsheet program with appropriate converter files.

We will be offering our construction cost analysis program for sale in the future once we have finalized the analyses and written some level of documentation to allow someone to effectively utilized the power of the program.  Let us know if this is something you are interested in and we will let you know when it becomes available.

We are providing existing facilities searches and/or the complete database of all leased facilities for sale.  Call for pricing.

  • The above fees do not include any consulting and are based entirely on information provided by Client in questionnaires. PPA will fax questionnaires and resulting analysis to Client. 
  • Above fees are per project or site. 
  • We can typically provide these services the same day we receive your completed questionnaire . 
  • Client must provide a complete set of plans & specifications for construction budget analysis. 
  • A "standard" building is the Small Standard Building Design (SSBD) plan sizes 10 through 80 
  • A "non-standard" building is anything customized from the standard SSBD plan sizes 10 through 80 (ie existing facilities, renovations, additions, mall installations, custom design, specific site plan etc.) 
  • All evaluations on carrier annexes, medium facilities and major facilities are completed on an hourly basis
  • PPA will customize your budget analysis for "regional adjustments" based on information provided by Client or we can suggest an adjustment based on R.S. Means Cost Indices, however it is Clients responsibility to evaluate such information as we assume you know your area better than we can in terms of relative costs
  • Any consulting will be charged at $ 100.00 per hour (plus expenses) with a $ 50.00 minimium fee
  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  Payment must be received before we will release analyses or the program.
